This is another post in our Velocity Partners colleague spotlight series of conversations. The idea is to sit down with some of my Velocity Partners colleagues and to “talk shop” a bit. Getting to know their projects, interests, backgrounds, etc.

In this installment, we spend a little time with Martin Luchessi. He is a busy Senior Developer who comes to us from our Rosario, Argentina office. Listen in and get to know Martin.

Our conversation mostly surrounds his technical role as he assists his clients towards building leading-edge solutions. In Martin’s case, he’s been working with for the past few years. In face, when we recorded this he had just returned from a trip to Portland, OR (the day before) and had some nice things to say about his discoveries around the clients’ teams.

We also explored his thoughts around agility as well as sharing some personal information. All-in-all, it was a really nice chat.
