Hi everyone,

This is the third conversation I’ve had with Oscar Mullin. The first was my typical interview that morphed a bit into discussing aspects of agile testing. The second was a continuation of the testing topics.

In this installment, we are continuing our conversations with Oscar. He’s a busy Sr. QA and Testing Consultant who comes to us from our Montevideo, Uruguay office.  Oscar and I discuss topics that surround test automation in agile teams and contexts.We talk about the agile test automation pyramid, SDET’s, non-functional testing, the agile testing mindset, and the notion of “balance” in your agile testing approaches.

I’m beginning to really enjoy collaborating with Oscar about generic “Agile Testing” topics. And guess what? We ran out of time again. So, look for a round-4 and perhaps more in the near future. I hope you enjoy it!
