This is another post in our Velocity Partners colleague spotlight series of conversations. The idea is to sit down with some of my Velocity Partners colleagues and to “talk shop” a bit. Getting to know their projects, interests, backgrounds, etc.

In this installment, we spend a little time with Valentin Gadola. He is a very busy Team Lead who comes to us from our Montevideo, Uruguay office. Listen in and get to know Valentin.

Our conversation mostly surrounds his technical role as he assists his clients towards building leading-edge solutions. In Valentin’s case, he’s been working with since he joined Velocity Partners two years ago. He has some wonderful things to say about this client and their commitment to agility, collaboration, teamwork, and the results those things can drive. In fact, he’s been lucky enough to visit their San Diego office three times over the past 2 years (lucky guy!).

For the first time in one of my interviews, we explore Kanban and the ‘why’ behind the clients’ using it. And finally, we also explore a bit of his personal background. All-in-all, it was a really nice chat.
