This is another post in our Velocity Partners colleague spotlight series of conversations. The idea is to sit down with some of my Velocity Partners colleagues and to “talk shop” a bit. Getting to know their projects, interests, backgrounds, etc.

In this installment, we spend a little time with Cesar Veroni. He is a very busy developer who comes to us from our Buenos Aires office. Listen in and get to know Cesar.

Our conversation mostly surrounds his journey from gamer to software engineer as he assists our clients towards building leading-edge solutions. In Cesar’s case, he’s been working with ClearStar since he joined Velocity Partners one and a half years ago. He has some wonderful things to say about this client and their commitment to agility, collaboration, teamwork, and the results those things can drive.

And finally, we also explore a bit of his personal background. Can you tell that he’s an avid dog lover?
