Our newest VP Scrum Master shares his experience
Our pool of Scrum Masters is growing and we thought it was a good time to let our latest addition provide some insight on his new role.
We interviewed Diego Toro from our MedellÃn center and here´s what he shared with us:“My first three weeks as a Scrum Master have been fantastic. The client I’m working for has been really open to apply SCRUM by the book and that has given me the opportunity to follow the methodology in its purest form. Also there has been different challenges that come from the project and the client’s reality. It has been really interesting for me to face them and I have learned a lot because of that. There is still a lot of work to be done in order to have the team working at its maximum potential, but we are going in the right direction. Also I was able to seek guidance from Bill DeVoe, our Principal Agile Evangelist, and Adrian Moya, our coach, about some atypical situations when I had doubts about what to do. The team is awesome and their response to my inputs in terms of methodology have been great. I hope I can keep improving in my new role and help the team be success.â€? – Diego Toro.
